It's Saturday and that means it's #smoothiesaturday! I make a new, healthy, and colorful smoothie every single Saturday. This week is made of homegrown raspberries and coconut.
Recipe

Ingredients:
▫️1 banana
▫️5-10 mint leaves ▫️2 tbsp of coconut flakes
▫️3 handfuls of raspberries ▫️250 ml of plant-based milk
▫️one half of an apple
Method: 👉🏼Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
