Danes je sobota, kar pomeni, da je #smoothiesobota dan! Vsako soboto pripravim nov, pisan in hranljiv smoothie. Danes sem pripravila piña colada smoothie.

Recept
Sestavine:
▫️1 banana ▫️150 g ananasa ▫️2 jž kokosovega jogurta ▫️2 jž kokosove moke ▫️1 jž chia semen ▫️1 čž kurkume ▫️2 dl rastlinskega mleka
Postopek:
👉🏼Vse sestavine zmiksaj v blenderju.

Recipe
Ingredients:
▫️1 banana ▫️150g of pineapple ▫️2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt ▫️2 tbsp of coconut flakes ▫️1 tbsp of chia seeds ▫️1 tsp of turmeric ▫️200 ml of plat-based milk
Method:
👉🏼Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
