OAT COOKIES WITH ALMONDS AND COCOA

Easy raw vegan cookies, white sugar-free, and gluten-free, if you use gluten-free oats. They are very filling, even one cookies is enough for a quick snack. All you need is rolled oats, almond meal, coconut, and cocoa butter, agave syrup, and dark vegan chocolate.

Recipe

Ingredients (for 9 big cookies):

- 150 g of rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

- 45 g of almond meal

- 3 tbsp of agave syrup

- 6 tbsp of cocoa butter

- 6 tbsp of coconut butter

- 20 g of raw cocoa powder

- 30 g of dark vegan chocolate chips

- 6 tbsp of plant-based milk

- pinch of salt


Method:

1. In a bowl mix oats, almond meal, raw cocoa powder in pour over agave syrup, and plant-based milk.

2. Melt coconut and cocoa butter and add them to the dough.

3. Add chocolate chips or chop chocolate to small pieces and add them to the dough.

4. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.


5. Divide the dough into 9 parts and shape 9 cookies.

6. Place them on a plate and wait them to solidify.


7. After a few hours store them in a container and eat them in the next few days.
