PROTEIN BALLS

Protein balls are an easy and nutritious snack. We all find ourselves in a situation when we don't have enough time to eat or we just don't know what to have for a snack. These protein balls are very filling so you will have a snack made for a whole week. They are made of desiccated coconut, almond meal, vegan protein powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, peanut butter, and cranberries.

Recipe

preparation time: 15 minutes


Ingredients (for 25 balls):

- 90g of desiccated coconut

- 120g of peanut butter

- 50g of almond meal

- 2 tbsp of chia seeds

- 3 tbsp of vanilla protein powder

- 60ml (1/4 cup) of maple or agave syrup

- 50g (1/3 cup) of desiccated cranberries


Method:

1. Mix all ingredients except the cranberries in a bowl. Mix well, use hands so that all the ingredients mix well.


2. Add chopped cranberries and mix again.


3. Use one tablespoon for one ball. Shape a bowl with your hands.


4. Store in the fridge, up to one week.
