Lentil is the oldest legume, present since ancient Greece. It is an excellent source of B vitamins complex, iron, iron, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese.
Lentil salad is great as a side dish or as a snack.

Leča je nastarejša stročnica, prisotna že od časov stare Grčije. Je odličen vir kompleksa vitaminov B, železa, beljkovin, fosforja, kalija, bakra in mangana.
Recipe Ingredients (for 4 persons): ▫️200 g of green lentils ▫️600 ml of water ▫️1 vegetable cube ▫️10-15 basil leaves ▫️1 smaller onion ▫️2 tbsp of oil ▫️1/4 of red pepper
▫️50g of vegan cheese
Method: 👉🏼Rinse the lentils and add 600 ml of vegetable soup base (mix vegetable cube with water). Bring it to boil and let it cook for 25 to 30 minutes. 👉🏼Sauté chopped onions on oil. 👉🏼Chop basil leaves, pepper and cheese. 👉🏼Move cooked lentils into a larger bowl and mix it with pepper, basil, cheese and onion. 👉🏼serve next to baked vegetables/tofu...
