GLUTEN-FREE BROWNIES

A quick and delicious recipe for vegan gluten-free brownies with only 7 ingredients. The main ingredients are bananas, cocoa powder, and peanut butter. They are so good! You should definitely try them and make them for your friends or family gathering.

Recipe

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Baking time: 25 minutes


Ingredients:

- 4 bananas

- 200g (1 cup) of peanut butter

- 80g (1 cup) of cocoa powder

- 4 tbsp of maple syrup

- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

- 1 tsp of baking soda

- pinch of salt

- 100g of vegan chocolate chunks


Method:

1. Mash bananas and add cocoa powder, mix.


2. Add peanut butter and mix again.


3. Add baking soda and a pinch of salt, mix well.


4. Lastly, add maple syrup and vanilla extract.


5. Mix well and pour the mixture into the baking tray.


6. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks and bake for 25 minutes at 180℃ (350℉).


7. Leave brownies to cool down, then cut them into smaller squares.
