Yorkshire pudding is one of the basic English Christmas dinner dishes. But that doesn't mean you can't make it during the year. It is a great side dish or a quick and delicious snack. You can make them extract special with different toppings. My favorites are onion and vegan cheese.

You can watch the video on IGTV.

Recipe

preparation time: 15 minutes

baking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

- 200g (2 cups) of flour

- 120ml (1 cup) of plant-based milk

- 150ml (1/2 cup) of water

- 1 tsp of baking powder

- 1 tsp of salt

- pinch of pepper

- 3 egg substitutes

- 1 onion

- spices (powdered paprika, onion, and garlic powder)

- vegan cheese

- sunflower or coconut oil

Method:

1. Mix together flour and plant-based milk with a whisk. Add egg substitute, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Mix well. The batter should be thicker than the pancake batter.

2. Whisk constantly and gradually add water.

3. You can put the batter in the fridge overnight, or you can use it right away.

4. Add 1 tsp of oil for each pudding in the muffin tray. The bottom should be covered with oil.

5. Add 1 smaller ladle of batter for one muffin. There should be 12 puddings.

6. You can add onion, spices, and vegan cheese on the top.

7. Bake for 25 minutes at 190℃ (350℉).
