VEGAN NUTELLA

Vegan homemade Nutella, without the white sugar. Once you try to make it at home, you will never want to buy it again. You can regulate the sweetness, which is great!

Recipe

Ingredients:

- 260 g (2 cups) roasted, unsalted hazelnuts

- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

- 70 g (2/3 cup) raw cocoa powder

- 7 soaked dates (you can also boil them for 10 minutes)

- 125 ml maple or agave syrup (you can add more if you want it to be sweeter)

- 200 ml (3/4 cup) plant-based milk

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- pinch of salt


Method:

1. If you bought raw hazelnuts, roast them in a pan or in an oven. Put them in a kitchen cloth and rub them, so the skin will peel off.

2. Put roasted hazelnuts in a blender and blend them finely, for about a minute (It should look like peanut butter.)

3. Add coconut oil, cocoa powder, dates, maple or agave syrup, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

4. Blend for 1-2 minutes. If you want it to be sweeter, add more syrup.

5. Save it in a glass in the fridge, up to one month. (You will probably eat it sooner 😜.)
