Creamy sauce with chickpeas. If you want a more tuna-like taste, you can add nori algae.

Recipe
Ingredients (for 4 people):
▫️400g of wholegrain pasta
▫️1 can of chickpeas ▫️3 cloves of garlic ▫️2 tbsp of olive oil
▫️250 ml of water ▫️salt and pepper ▫️1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
▫️1.5 tsp of onion powder
▫️1.5 tsp of garlic powder
▫️ a pinch of cayenne pepper
▫️200g of cashews
▫️150ml of water (for cashew cream)
▫️1 tbsp of lemon juice
▫️a pinch of salt
▫️fresh parsley
Method: 👉🏼 Add cashews to the boiling water and let it boil for the next 30 minutes. (You can also soak them a night before. Then you don’t need to boil them.) 👉🏼Cook pasta. 👉🏼 Blend boiled cashews, add 150 ml of water, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. 👉🏼 Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the pan and roast minced garlic. When the garlic starts getting a golden colour, add rinsed chickpeas. Use a fork to mash the chickpeas, but not until the smooth. There must remain small pieces (like a tuna). 👉🏼 Add the cashew sauce, 200 ml of water, 1.5 tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper. Mix well, add nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
👉🏼 Over medium heat bring the sauce to boil. Add salt if needed. 👉🏼 Mix pasta with finished sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
