SUMMER PASTA SALAD

During the summer days, when you don't want to cook for too long, you can make easy pasta salad with fresh vegetables.

Recipe
Ingredients (for 4 persons): ▫️400 g of pasta ▫️half a green pepper ▫️half a red pepper ▫️150g of corn ▫️400g of chickpeas
▫️1 avocado ▫️1 tbsp of mustard
▫️3/4 tsp of salt ▫️2 tbsp of olive oil ▫️100 ml of coconut yogurt
Method: 👉🏼Cook the pasta. 👉🏼Cut the peppers and rinse chickpeas. 👉🏼Cool down cooked pasta and move it to a larger bowl. Add the peppers, corn, chickpeas, mustard, salt, olive oil, and coconut yogurt and mix well. 👉🏼You can add other vegetables.
