OATMEAL BREAKFAST

How much time do you spend preparing your breakfast? Many don't plan much or don't even eat breakfast. Oatmeal breakfast is a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast that will take you only 10 minutes to make.

Recipe

preparation time: 10 minutes


Ingredients (1 person):

- 50g (1/2 cup) of rolled oats

- 150ml (2/3 cup) of plant-based milk

- 1 tbsp of maple syrup

- 1 tsp of chia seeds

- 0,5 tsp of cinnamon

- 0,5 tsp of vanilla paste

- 0,25 tsp of cardamom

- Toppings: half of a banana, raspberries, hemp seeds, cocoa ...


Method:

1. Put rolled oats into a saucepan, pour over plant-based milk, add maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla paste, and cardamom.


2. Start to whisk on medium heat.


3. When it starts to thicken, turn off the heat and pour oatmeal into a bowl.


4. Add toppings that you have at home, like hemp seeds, raspberries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries ...), and half of a banana. Sprinkle with cocoa.
