Hummus is one of the most popular snacks among plant-based eaters. It has many benefits and is also extra delicious😋. The main ingredient of hummus is CHICKPEAS💫.

👉🏼Chickpeas contain a moderate number of calories and are a good source of fiber and protein. 👉🏼Chickpeas are a filling food that may help lower appetite and reduce calorie intake. 👉🏼Have a low GI. 👉🏼Help your digestion by increasing the number of healthy bacteria in your gut.



Recipe

Ingredients: ▫️480 g (2 cans) of chickpeas ▫️Water from one can of chickpeas ▫️3 tbsp of tahini sauce ▫️2 tbsp of sesame seeds ▫️Juice of one lemon ▫️2 cloves of garlic ▫️1 tsp of salt ▫️1 tsp of pepper ▫️1/2 tsp of cumin


Method: 👉🏼Put all the ingredients in a blender in blend it until smooth and creamy. 👉🏼Store the hummus in a container up to one week. (You will get around 700 grams of hummus out from two cans of chickpeas.)
