It's 31. October, and it's Halloween! And it's also Saturday, so I decided to make a #smoothiesaturday for the scariest day of the year. Here it is, Trick or Treat smoothie.

Recipe

Green layer:

▫️1/3 of a banana

▫️ half a handful of spinach

▫️ 1 tsp of chia seeds

▫️0,5 tsp of spirulina powder

▫️5 frozen strawberries

▫️50 ml of plant-based milk

▫️2 tsp of coconut yogurt

Black layer:

▫️1/3 of a banana

▫️ half a handful of spinach

▫️ 1 tsp of chia seeds

▫️0,5 čž of spirulina powder

▫️2 handfuls of frozen blueberries

▫️5 frozen strawberries

▫️1 tsp of cocoa powder

▫️50 ml of plant-based milk

▫️2 tsp of coconut yogurt

Purple layer:

▫️1/3 of a banana

▫️2 handfuls of frozen blueberries

▫️50 ml of plant-based milk

▫️2 tbsp of oats

▫️1 tsp of flax seeds

Method:

👉🏼The green and black layers can be made together. First, add the ingredients for the green layer in the blender and add some ingredients of the black layer that are the same as for the green layer (1/3 of a banana, half a handful of spinach, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 0,5 tsp of spirulina powder, 5 strawberries, 50 ml of plant-based milk and 2 tsp of coconut yogurt). Add a good half of the blended smoothie in a glass, then add the frozen blueberries and cocoa powder to the blender to make the smoothie turn black.

👉🏼Pour the black layer on top of the green one (you can help yourself with a spoon so that the layers don’t mix together).

👉🏼Wash the blender with water and mix the ingredients for the third, purple layer. (Use a spoon again when serving.)

👉🏼sprinkle with cocoa on top.
